These terms govern access to this independent educational preparation website.

1. Educational service

BoardQBank provides independent study and practice materials. It is not Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, is not affiliated with IRCC and does not administer the citizenship test.

2. No guarantee

Scores, explanations and mock tests are educational tools. They do not guarantee eligibility, admission to a test, a passing score, citizenship approval or any government decision. Use the current official Discover Canada guide and Canada.ca instructions as primary sources.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal study. You must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or automatically extract the question bank, reproduce substantial portions, resell materials or falsely present BoardQBank content as official government content.

4. Intellectual property

BoardQBank branding, interface design, original questions, explanations and site code are protected by applicable rights. Government publications and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Accuracy and updates

We aim for accurate educational content, but laws, government instructions and official resources can change. Official sources control where information differs.

6. Availability

The service may be modified, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting limitations or content updates.

7. Limitation and responsibility

Use the site at your own discretion and verify important citizenship information through official sources or qualified professionals. To the extent permitted by law, BoardQBank is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on practice materials or temporary service interruption.
